Registration of students/Freshers commenced immediately

All newly admitted students should pay acceptance fees and proceed to complete their online registration by following the steps below;

UNN Registration Procedures

  • Go to https://unnportal.unn.edu.ng/
  • Login with your Username and Password
  • Fill all forms online
  • Pint the forms and submit them to their respective Faculty Officers.

Registration Guidelines

  1. Attach WAEC/NECO Scratch card/Pin for verification of their O/Level Results.
  2. Your Faculty Officers must verify the O/Level results of the candidates before granting provisional clearance. The scratch cards should be used only once by Faculty Officers and should be attached to the files of the candidates before forwarding them to Admission Office for final clearance.
  3. Ensure to return all necessary files to Faculty officers before your Registration number is issued.
  4. General/Conference registration of freshmen commences after which Faculty Officers should return to their various Faculties to continue registration for another one week.
  1. The Venue for the conference registration at Nsukka Campus is Ekpo Refectory while that of UNEC is Main Hall.
  1. JUPEB candidates who scored 6 points and above are retained in 200 level as Direct Entry students, while those who scored from 3 – 5 points are placed on 100 level. All 6 points candidates who wished to be placed in 100 Level should apply in writing to the Registrar
  1. Faculty Officers should also note that the expiration of the JUPEB certificate for purposes of admission is 3 years. Any JUPEB certificate that predates three years should not be accepted for clearance.
  1. UTME candidates eligible for registration are those with 200 and above scores (i.e. the minimum score of 180 for JAMB and 180 for UTME.).
