Asylum seekers are supported and given opportunities to make the most of their new lives by Buckinghamshire New University. Each year, they will provide at least one BNU Asylum Seeker Scholarship.

Eligibility:
- Due to your immigration status, you may not be eligible for Student Loan Company funding. Application Registration Card (ARC) or Letter from Home Office confirming your status as an Asylum Seeker (under UN Convention of 1951).
- not yet possess an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Buckinghamshire New University has extended an offer to you, either with or without conditions.
- You must enroll in a full-time undergraduate, graduate, or foundation course at one of our campuses in High Wycombe, Uxbridge, or Aylesbury.

BNU Emergency Fund
Students can get financial assistance from the BNU Hardship Fund (BHF) at their own discretion to help them get into and stay in higher education. It is especially designed for students who require financial assistance to cover specific course and living expenses that cannot be covered by other means.
