Please make sure you meet the following conditions:
- Before applying for the scholarship, lecturers must provide a letter from their Vice Chancellors confirming that they are not receiving any other scholarships.
- They must also possess a National Identity Number (NIN) and complete the NIMC verification (charges apply).
- Proficiency in computer use and completion of the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).
- A First degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) and a good second-degree certificate.
- A maximum of five-page research proposal on a relevant oil and gas industry topic that includes an introduction, objective, methodology, and data collection method.

M.Sc. candidates:
Please keep in mind the following necessities:

- At least five credits at the O/level, including English Language and Mathematics.
