- Each of the candidates that chose the UNN/NOCEN as their choice for the degree programme and those that scored a minimum of 150.
- All the candidates that did not choose UNN/NOCEN for the degree programme but also scored a minimum of 150 are highly eligible to apply for the Direct Entry form.
- Candidates who choose NOCEN for the NCE programme and scored a minimum of 100 are eligible to apply.

- All the candidates that did not choose UNN/NOCEN for the degree programme will pay a refundable fee of #2,000.00 (this excludes the service charge).
- The candidates for the NCE programme will pay a refundable fee of #2,000.00 (excluding service charge).
- Note that: Pin codes for the registration will be obtained from any Fidelity Bank branches nationwide and other banks in Nigeria.
- The Candidates should proceed to the College portal or any cybercafé of their choice for online valid registration at www.nocen.edu.ng
