Richarlison of Tottenham Hotspur is one of three potential replacements for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
Mundo Deportivo claims that Benfica’s Goncalo Ramos and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe are the other two candidates to succeed Benzema at Real Madrid.
At the conclusion of the current season, Benzema’s contract with Real Madrid is set to expire.
At the very least, a short-term contract is anticipated for the winner of the Ballon d’Or.
However, Real Madrid has a ready list of players, including Richarlison, Mbappe, and Ramos, in case Benzema does not renew or for other reasons.
This season, Richarlison hasn’t stood out at Tottenham. In the 26 games that Antonio Conte’s team has played so far this season, the Brazilian international has only scored two goals and provided four assists.
In the summer, Mbappe was linked to the Spanish LaLiga champions, but the France international decided to stay at PSG.
Ramos, on the other hand, became well-known during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. In the round of 16, the Portugal international defeated Switzerland with a hat trick.
