Effective September 1, 2026: The fire ban for Redstreak Campground has been lifted due to a decrease in fire danger. Campfires are now allowed in all of Kootenay National Park in designated metal fire pits. Remember to keep your fire small, only use firewood provided by the park, and soak, stir, soak your fire before leaving.
