International Breweries Graduate Management Trainee Program 2024

We are a business that strives to dream big, and we are motivated by our enthusiasm for making beloved beers and meaningful experiences. As owners, we give our staff the authority to effect real change, meet difficult challenges, and take responsibility for the outcomes. Talented individuals who are eager for rapid career advancement, cross-functional experiences, global exposure, and robust training and development and who share our values of ambition, bravery, and resilience are sought after.

We’re looking for people who want to work in a variety of fields and are willing to learn new skills as they advance in their careers. To that end, we created our Global Management Trainee (GMT) program, which provides participants with a number of advantages:

  • Our-month rotations in Marketing, Sales, or Technology, and Supply/Logistics projects within these rotations that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions. Each rotation is aligned with our three strategic pillars.
  • Cheers! Festival (Global Induction), during which GMTs will get firsthand information about our company’s strategy from our most senior leaders and meet peers.
  • Access to the global database of GMT alumni.
  • Potential for experiences in various zones (required mobility within the zone).
  • Access to unique zone L&D curricula and formal mentoring.
  • Unique opportunities for exposure with senior leaders.
  • Career tracking by the Talent Management and People Continuity teams in the zone.
  • A front-line position upon program completion (openness to a ambiguous career path).

To be eligible for the GMT program, applicants must be in their final year of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a STEM field) or pursuing a Post Grad (PGDip) Business Administration, Masters, or other degree that is comparable. They should have no more than three years of formal full-time work experience, legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which they are applying, proficiency in English, and full mobility, meaning that they should be willing to work and live in a variety of places.
