About East Tennessee State University (ETSU)
In Johnson City, Tennessee, you can find the public research university known as East Tennessee State University (ETSU). The university is run by an institutional Board of Trustees, despite the fact that it is a part of the State University and Community College System of Tennessee. It has off-campus centers in nearby Kingsport, Elizabethton, and Sevierville, and as of May 2017, it was the fourth largest university in the state[5].
