Scholarship Benefits
– MEDIT / ACI Ph.D. Scholarships 2026-24 at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey cover most expenses for studying in Turkey.
– The tuition fee for the four-year Civilization Studies Ph.D. program is 12,000 USD for the 2026 academic year.
– All students are considered for scholarships, which provide tuition fee waivers with different variations.
– Successful applicants may be appointed as Research Assistants and/or Teaching Assistants in addition to the tuition fee waiver. Those who demonstrate exceptional academic and language skills may receive a monthly stipend ranging from 3500-4200 TL.
– The scholarships cover the Turkish and Arabic language preparation period (up to one academic year) and the four-year duration of the doctoral program.
– The scholarships are applicable for nine months each year and do not cover the summer period.
– Married students and/or Ph.D. candidates who have passed their comprehensive examinations may be eligible for the Summer Scholarship, receiving a stipend for 12 months annually.
Scholarships and Assistant Scholarships are subject to yearly renewal.
– Note: Scholarships may be reviewed and canceled by the Education Evaluation Committee in the event of academic failure.
