City Travels and Tours Ltd was registered on December 24, 1998 and started operation in March 1999. We were licensed by IATA on the February 3, 2000. Within the first year of operation City Travels and Tours was awarded British Airways, KLM and Air France ticket stocks , allowing us to write and sell these airlines’ tickets directly from our sales shop. In the same period we were awarded Platinum Travel Agent by British Airways, solidifying our position as one of the Top 10 Travel Agencies in the country. We also received an award from Amadeus for Best User of their Reservation System. We also use Galileo as an alternative reservation system.

- Choose your preferred trip segment – ‘One Way’ or ‘Return’
- Choose your departure and arrival cities
- Choose the number and type of passengers travelling
- Choose the departure date and also return date if it is a return trip
- Click ‘Search & Book’
- On the next page, choose your flight(s) time and Fare class
- Click Continue
- Fill in the passenger details. The fields marked with asterisk * are the mandatory ones
- Click Continue
- Choose your payment type from Card Payments, ‘Book-on-hold’ or ‘Pay with Miles’
