Role of Information & Communication Technology Manager:
The role is responsible for providing the full functionality of ICT infrastructures, Application Management, Network Management, Security Management, ICT Budget Management, Excellent User IT experience, routine reporting on KPIs, and technical, procedural & operational ICT support to the Organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure the effective functioning of the IT department
· Responsible for ICT budget preparation & management
· IT Projects management and implementation
· Ensure effective network administration and updates
· Manage Routers, LAN switches, Servers, and updates
· Manage Telephony /Intercom
· Ensure excellent user IT experience
· Develop and manage workflows on SharePoint
· Enforce and monitor the compliance dashboard of users’ accounts
· Review local IT policies and drive compliance
· Manage all SAP-related requests
