Bring the original and photocopy of the receipt, as well as the bank teller, to the nursing department. (rm 18 and 20, 3rd (Floor) Ministry Of health, secretariat complex Yenagoa, to Collect The Entrance application form.
SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED FORMS: Completed Forms, along with relevant photocopy documents, should be returned to the Ministry of Health’s Department of Nursing by July 8, 2026.
